Genesys Works Twin Cities

When you join Genesys Works, you gain access to a community dedicated to making your career aspirations a reality. If accepted into the program, you will have the opportunity to participate in:

A Summer Training program to learn the skills that you will need to succeed in the corporate world.
One-on-one coaching and guidance with college applications, scholarships, and financial aid.
A paid internship at a corporate partner throughout your senior year.

An 8-week skills training during the summer of 2025.

Genesys Works is a significant time commitment. Most internships take place in the afternoon at the same time as many extracurricular activities. If selected for an internship, you will need to decide between Genesys Works and extracurricular activities.

Will you be available to work in an internship 4 hours a day after school (typically 1-5 PM Monday through Friday) during your senior year?

Acknowledgement of Program Details

I understand and acknowledge the following expectations as a Genesys Works applicant:

1. The Summer Training program is unpaid.

2. A paid, year-long internship placement is not guaranteed upon completion of the Summer Training program. Internship placement is determined by factors such as active participation, consistent attendance, demonstration of initiative, and quality of work submitted.

3. If selected for an internship, I am committing to a minimum of 20 hours of work per week. The internship schedule will be Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

If you are invited to an interview, you will receive an interview invitation by email. At that time, we will also reach out to your high school academic counselor as well as your parent/guardian to confirm your eligibility to participate in the program.
