Genesys Works National Capital Region (NCR)

When you join Genesys Works, you gain access to a community dedicated to making your career aspirations a reality. If accepted into the program, you will have the opportunity to participate in:

A Summer Training program to learn the skills that you will need to succeed in the corporate world.
One-on-one coaching and guidance with college applications, scholarships, and financial aid.
A paid internship at a corporate partner throughout your senior year.

Acknowledgement of Program Details

I understand and acknowledge the following expectations as a Genesys Works applicant:

1. Genesys Works does not pay participants for Summer Training.

2. A paid, year-long internship placement is not guaranteed upon completion of the summer program. Internship placement is determined by factors such as active participation, consistent attendance, demonstration of initiative, and quality of work submitted.

3. If selected for an internship, I am committing to a minimum of 20 hours of work per week. The internship schedule will be Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
