When you join Genesys Works, you gain access to a community dedicated to making your career aspirations a reality. If accepted into the program, you will have the opportunity to participate in:

An 8-week summer training program to learn the skills that you will need to succeed in the corporate world.
One-on-one coaching and guidance with college applications, scholarships, and financial aid.
A paid internship at a top company throughout your senior year.

I am aware that Genesys Works is a 14-month commitment from around June 2023 to around August 2024. I am required to participate in:

An 8-week skills training during the summer of 2023.
A year-long assigned internship from about August 2023 to August 2024.

Training Sessions

If you are invited to an interview, you will receive an interview invitation by email. In preparation for your interview you will receive the three listed forms below, these need to be completed prior to your interview date:

1. Counselor Form: You must provide the name and email of your counselor to confirm you are on track to graduate. We will ask you for this information BY EMAIL.

2. Parent Form: You must provide the name and email of your parent/guardian to provide information needed for the interview. We will ask you for this information BY EMAIL.

3. Recommendation Form: We will ask for the name and email of a teacher/coach/mentor BY EMAIL. This is not required but is helpful.
